Maduravoyal Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
This area is good for families. The grocery stores, schools, and clinics are nearby. Most people here are helpful. But during heavy rains, water collects in some streets.
We moved from the city centre to Maduravoyal for more space and less noise. The flat is big, and the cost is lower here. The only issue is fewer good restaurants or branded stores.
I bought a flat in Maduravoyal 5 years ago. It is far from the central city area, but the price was great. The area has been developing slowly but steadily. It is a good spot for those who want peace and good value.
The area is developing fast. You can see new apartments and supermarkets opening up nearby. There is a bus stop nearby and good auto service. Still, no metro station is nearby.
Staying here has been mostly smooth. It is a calm area with not too much noise. Shops are within walking distance, and bus service is fine.
I'm a bachelor working in IT. Rented a 1 BHK with friends. Public transport is decent, and food joints are nearby. But there is nothing much to do on weekends - no malls or good hangout spots.
