It's a well maintained posh locality with excellent connectivity and social infrastructure. Investing here has been very helpful for me, as the prices have shown appreciation lately, and the area is rapidly developing with diplomatic hubs. it's ideal for long-term investment.

I have seen there are lot of cultural spots nearby. Lodhi Garden and Hauz Khas fort are close to this area, and having been there, I can say it is very enlightening. I also love the diverse food options here. local eateries to brewaries, there is everything.

I have rented a 1 BHK here, and I like the convenience of the area. It has local markets, eateries, malls, grocery stores, within walking distanec, which helps me save a lot on delivery apps. It's also a safe and clean locality in Delhi. Less polluted than other parts of the city.

The rent is very expensive here, but comparing with other posh areas, it's cost-effective. Been staying in a rented flat for 5 years now, and i haven't faced major issue here. Living in gated societies is what I'd suggest though, as some lanes are not safe for independent houses.

Been living here for the past five years with my family. hygienic area with well-maintained roads. There are nice cafes and brewaries nearby. Neighbors are friendly, and the community is close-knit. Lovely place.
