Living here is okay for now. I work in Madhapur and travel by bike, which takes around 30-40 minutes. Traffic near Mehdipatnam side can be irritating. Local shops are easily available, so daily needs are sorted. But I feel the area needs better cleanliness and road maintenance.
Rental income has been consistent in Langar House South due to working professionals and students. Infrastructure is improving slowly, and roads are fairly well connected.
