Kurla West is one of those areas where demand will never fade. proximity to the BKC is a huge plus point. Many professionals prefer this place. But it also comes with lots of downsides, like slow appreciation, high density makes it less appealing to many and also competition is high

Kurla West is loud but not in a chaotic way. its more like a vibrant area with everything within a one hand distance.its also close to the airport so thats helpful but also pretty noisy and traffic jams are common

There's constant hustle bustle here so if you prefer quiet environment, Kurla West will overwhelm you in no time. also parking is a headache in many streets. waterlogging also common

Honestly Kurla West is super convenient for me. My college is walkable distance. daily essentials also easily available even late at night. Finding autos also not a huge task here. You also get the metro. what else is needed

I love that its close to Phoenix. its a shoppers paradise and its my usual hangout spot with friends. Rent is somewhat fine if you compare with BKC and Bandra.

Living in Kurla West is convenient. The metro station is nearby, which makes my commute to work easy. There are plenty of cafes and gyms around. However, the rental prices are a bit high for the area

Kurla West has shown consistent growth in property values, with a hike of 20.63% over three years, making it a promising area for investment. The rental demand is also great here

Owning property here has been positive for me. The area is well-connected with metro and rail access. Malls like Phoenix Marketcity and good schools add value. However, traffic congestion during peak hours can be challenging.

Kurla West is family-friendly. There are good schools and hospitals nearby. Metro makes it easy to commute but the area can be noisy during evenings

The area offers great connectivity via road and metro. The Bandra Kurla complex is close and there are many food joints nearby. On the downside, the area can get crowded at times
