I am living in Kulattur since 2021. The locality is safe, well-connected and neighbours are also good. But, waste management is poor here. Main roads are clean but the inner lanes are too dirty to walk on. Traffic management is also poor here.

I have invested in a plot in Kulattur mainly because property rates are increasing here at a good pace. I am sure my property will bring me good ROI.

I purchased land in Kulattur five years ago and is happy with my decision. The locality is developing rapidly. The area is well-connected to Medavakkam and Velachery, and I appreciate the growing presence of schools, markets, and residential projects.

Kulattur is peaceful and budget-friendly. The area's proximity to OMR makes my commute easy. Water supply is stable, and traffic is minimal so I face no serious problem living here but some inner lane roads are not well-lit. That does scare me at times, especially in the night.

I like living in Kulattur. My society is well-maintained and has reliable water and power. Traffic congestion does happen in the peak hours but if you plan well, you can reach your destination on time.

Whats good about Kulattur

  • Excellent connectivity to major business districts
