Kudlu Gate has all essentials nearby but I wish the internal roads were better maintained.the traffic is also a nightmare

The area has changed completely over 5 years. It was earlier semi industrial. now the residential towers have increased the density and livability. But the traffic near Kudla junction is still tight

Rent is more reasonable here than HSR or Koramangala. The bus connectivity is fine but metro is still far

If you buy early stage apartments here, the ROI is promising. if metro expansion takes place, the appreciation may rise

Kudlu Gate is becoming a social hub. there are many new cafes here. The Purva westend side feels more lively. but most lanes are narrow and parking is a problem in these places
