Very lively locality with cafes, pubs, and lots of local markets. I love living here with my family. Our apartment is close to the airport as well. commuting isn't a big issue but traffic can be worse.

Perfect locality for professionals and also students. Rent can be high but there are cheap PG accomodations too. I live in a 1 BHK in Siddhivinayak CHS and the facilities are good. Clinics, stationary shops, and other essentials are all nearby. The only problem could be the noise because it's close to the main road

Prices are average and appreciation is fair enough. Good for long-term rental income.

Family-friendly and safe locality. You can live here alone too with no safety concerns as such. Most societies have CCTV and guards vigilant about the surroundings. Heavy traffic can be an issue and some internal lanes are overcrowded and feels congested. You will struggle to find a parking space.

It's not an affordable area but better than key part of Andheri. Finding a decent 1 BHK was tough because most buildings are old and cramped and flats congested with no proper ventilation. Societies are very expensive. The one I found is near Bhim Nagar and it's good enough. The problem is the lack of proper parking space.
