We constructed our independent house five years ago. It's a calm neighborhood with minimal traffic. Though there aren’t too many shops or hospitals nearby, it’s ideal for those seeking affordability and peace.

Invested in a compact flat and listed it for rent. Found tenants within a month. While the locality isn't very developed, it's affordable for middle-income families, which keeps rental occupancy stable.

I’ve been staying here for the past 8 months. It’s a calm neighborhood with low noise levels. Not many malls or restaurants around, so I have to order food a lot. It sometimes becomes irritating

Kolappancheri seemed like a promising peripheral location, so I bought a small plot. It’s been safe so far—no major gains yet, but the locality is gradually becoming livable with basic services improving.
