I’m in sales so have to travel frequently, and buses and autos are easy to find. Coworking cafés are there on Puzhal Road so I host client meets in small coffee shops. Gym membership is cheap and just down the lane. There are local markets too. Rent has gone up a bit but still reasonable here.

Living in Kodungaiyur is convenient, as the area has good schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Public transport is easily accessible. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. However, during peak hours, traffic can be a bit heavy.

The area has seen gradual development over the past decade. I have a property here since 2015, and the values have appreciated well. Road maintainence could still be better.

Investing here is cost-effective. The area is good for long-term investment. Connectivity is a major plus. Yet, commercial developments are limited I feel.
