I have lived here for around 2 years and loved the quiet lanes. The area is safe, have amenities nearby like schools, malls, hospitals, etc. But the rent is expensive here.

I visited Khira Nagar to meet a frined and found the locality well-organised and clean. It was close to beach and that is what makke it worth living in. It is a trendy and residential area, with a good number cafes and local markets around.

Khira Nagar is a good locality and we are happy living here. The area is safe, enjoys good connectivity and amenities are nearby. But, there are a few problems. The area lacks metro connectivity, it is really expensive and water supply is not that good.

My 1 BHK property here fetches good rental income and has never remained vacant for more than two weeks. Property rates have also appreciated well so I am happy with my investment here. Water supply is irregular though, so I have to call tankers to meet the demand and that gets really expensive.

The area in general is fine and we like living here but SV Road gets lot of traffic and it gets difficult to get through them in the morning. Also, due to old layout of some societies, parking is an issue too.

I prefer living in Khira Nagar mainly because I work in Andheri, and this location keeps my commute under 30 minutes. Shops and markets are also nearby so living here is stress-free for me.
