I stayed in Karanodai just for two days and did not like the area much. It is a green and well-connected locality but public transport is lacking. Frequent power outages bothered me a lot and on that traffic congestion simply annoyed me.
I invested in this locality recently mainly because property rate appreciation is good here. As of now, I have given it on rent and is getting good rental income out of it. Based on the demand, I am sure my property will never remain vacant. Locality is good but metros are not there and some inner lane roads remain dirt most of the time.
I am staying here as a tenant mainly to save money. Karanodai is an affordable locality, well-connected and safe. Metro connectivity is lacking but buses are there. Traffic congestion do bother me but every locality has it so nothing to do.
