I recently shifted to Kannuru to stay closer to my office near Manyata Tech Park. The area is still growing, but the rent is quite affordable for a 2BHK. It's peaceful and away from the noisy traffic zones. The downside is limited food joints nearby, but Swiggy works fine here.

Kannuru stood out for me as an emerging pocket near North Bangalore’s IT stretch. I invested in an apartment project under construction. Rental demand may not be very high now, but the appreciation curve looks promising as infrastructure grows.

We moved to Kannuru from Hebbal to reduce rent, and honestly, we got better space here. The air feels fresher, less dust. There’s a supermarket and pharmacy close by, and it’s fairly quiet. But the main road can get jammed during peak office hours.

I’ve been living in Kannuru since it was just empty plots and a few houses. Over time, it’s changed a lot. New apartments, better roads, and more shops opening up. The place still has that village-like calm, which I love. You’ll need your own vehicle, though.

For a second home investment, Kannuru worked out well. The pricing was within budget, and the area is peaceful. It’s ideal for families and retirees. Commercial development is slow, but I see that as a chance to enter early.

We bought a small flat here and it’s been occupied consistently. Mostly young couples or people working in tech parks nearby prefer this area. It’s a quiet, developing locality.
