Ithu mostly residential area with small plots, individual houses and few apartments. Area la basic facilities like schools, clinics, grocery kadai ellam irukku. Big malls or branded hospitals illa, but daily needs-ku sariyana place. Overall, indha place amaidhiya irukum and budget-friendly ah erukum.

I rented in Kanniamman Nagar for the last one year. It’s a practical area if you travel often. Buses are available and reaching Koyambedu side is not too hard, but peak hour traffic can be high.

I like staying in Kanniamman Nagar because life is simple here. My office commute is manageable, and when I don’t want to drive, I can depend on buses. The area has gyms and basic eateries close enough, so weekends don’t feel boring.

Kanniamman Nagar is convenient. For daily needs, small shops are around. It’s also easier to get to bigger shopping zones when needed. Streets are usually calm. The locality feels mostly safe, though some inner streets are a bit quiet at night. Parking is the main headache if you have a car.

Kanniamman Nagar is okay. There are decent roads and streets, but traffic and narrow turns inside the area can be irritating. Some streets are clean, some are not. Footpaths are missing in many stretches.

Kanniamman Nagar is preferred by working people and small families. Schools, hospitals, and shopping options are not too far, so it suits families. Connectivity is also very good from here.
