One of the best residential pockets in the western suburbs. Metro, malls, schools are nearby. Kandivali East attracts quality tenants. Appreciation has been healthy over the years.

Love staying here. Lots of greenery because Sanjay Gandhi National Park is close. Good cafes and day-to-day food options. Safe for late evening walks too. Perfect for families and working professionals.

Living here for many years. Peaceful neighbourhood, good parks and play areas. Local markets and medical facilities are close by. Weekends get a bit crowded near malls, but day-to-day life is smooth. Great for families.

Western Express Highway is close, so travel is manageable even in peak hours. Plenty of grocery shops and local markets around Akurli Road. Nice vibe overall, but traffic gets crazy sometimes. Still, good place for young working folks.

Decent rental locality. You get everything, but flats can be pricey. Good connectivity and metro access help, but roads are crowded most of the day. Works for me as a bachelor, though nightlife is mostly limited to nearby restaurants and bars.

I have been living in a rented house in Kandivali East for a while now, and I can say it's a great residential area with all the necessary and modern amenities. You will find a lot of food options, gyms, quiet spots to hang out, cafes to chill, and many more

This area is great for evening strolls and hangout but I found the rent quite expensive here. I had to shift here for my work, and although it's a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, cost of living can be high

I love this area for its connectivity. reaching metro and raillway stations is easy via Western Express Highway. My only concern is the bad air quality and lack of proper waste management

Kandivali is definitely one of the safest areas in Mumbai. I have been living here alone in a rented flat, and my experience has been pleasing. It's close to my office and gym as well. I only find the traffic a bit overwhleming and hectic.
