KK Market is lively. Metro is 3 km away from my place, but getting an auto in peak hours can be a pain. Traffic near the main market is messy, especially in the evenings. Streets are busy and not always clean.

Rents here are fair for Pune standards. Only downside is parking space tightens up in evenings, but overall I’m happy with the amenities and commute options.

We’ve been here for over a decade. It’s changed a lot. Hospitals and shops are all nearby. But the crowd has increased a lot. Parking is tough, especially during festival time. Streets are noisy sometimes.
