Jor Bagh Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
Have been living here since 2018, and the area always feels lively. Tons of cafes and supermarkets have opened up in the past few years, and the connectivity is also great. Very safe and premium residential area in Delhi.
I love this area but sometimes parking your vehicle can be troubling, especially during diplomatic events. Traffic is also insane during peak hours. But I enjoy the cultural richness and greenery of Jor Bagh, and nothing can beat that.
Investing in Jor Bagh has been fruitful for me. The area has seen a constant growth in the past three years, and the values have risen by 22.8%. However, there is a limited availability of properties and the high maintainence costs can also affect the net returns.
I have rented a 1 BHK here for 20,000 which is good enough for me, considering how accessible and safe the area is. the streets look vibrant and full of greenery and it's always a pleasure to walk around. The best part - it's close to Khan Market (my usual shopping spot) and NGMA, where I often go with my friends.
My cousins and I always go to Khan Market, which is around 2.5 km from this area. I've been looking for rental options in Jor Bagh for a while too, as I am completely impressed by the locality. It's also safe, clean, bustling, and always vibrant. You will never be alone in Jor Bagh. There's always something to do here. Art exhibitions, museums, art galleries, cafes, shopping markets, parks, and so on.
Jor Bagh is one of the premium areas in Delhi, and a great neighborhood to live in. The rent is a bit on the higher side, but definitely worth it. We recently moved to a 2 BHK apartment in a gated society here, and life has been very comforting and convenient. It's a vibrant area with historical landmarks like India Gate and Lodhi Garden are nearby. There are many cafes and hangout places here and the streets are always lighted and look joyful.
