I own a house here for 6 years. It’s peaceful, affordable, and close to industrial hubs. Still waiting on better drainage and roads though.
Two years back, we bought a 2BHK here for rental income and are happy with our decision. It takes time to find good tenants, but eventually works out. Future looks positive.
I visited a friend here. It’s not a touristy area, and has mostly factories and homes. I however felt safe during my stay here, and locals were kind.
I’ve been renting here for over a year. The rent is affordable and the location is convenient for work. Some areas lack cleanliness, but overall, it’s been manageable and cost-effective for daily life.
The area has all the basic facilities like schools, shops, and clinics nearby and its close to industrial zones. So sometimes, you might hear some noise but it won't bother you that much.
The tenants that I have have been here for te last few years and I don't have muc complaints from them. Area wise, eveything is nearby other than the vegetable market for which you have to walk around a kilometer and that's it.
Groceries, schools, and transport are easily available. It’s a bit far from central Hyderabad, but the roads are improving, and connectivity is getting better each year.
It’s a good option for investors looking for consistent rental income as the area is practical, with strong demand from workers and small businesses.
Investing here feels safe because there’s always housing demand from people working around Kukatpally and Balanagar. My majorconcern here is the traffic which never seems to get better.
I bought a plot here hoping for future infrastructure development. So far, steady appreciation and I am sure property rates will appreciate more in the future
