I live close to the goregaon station market. It's a safe and lovely area. Ganesh Chaturthui celebrations are always so vibrant and feels lively although streets get crowded but it's a treat to experience that. Also all the apartment buildings nearby have friendly people which gives a strong community feeling despite cultural differences

It's a large residential area and has plenty of apartments and societies. While I love having my home here, lately the area has become too congested and has remained less open spaces. too many new buildings and PGs are crowding the space. There's no greenery anymore just shops and marts

Such a warm area full of families, mostly locals. Some rented apartments have young bachelors working in nearby IT sectors. It's completely residential but still has all necessary facilities within close. Like you get big malls within 1-2 km. and cafes and office hubs are also within 2-3 km.

Living close to metro and railway station feels like such a luxury. I hardly get stuck in the traffic. But many buildings here are old and lack some basic facilities like proper lift and power backup. And rent for modern apartments are too high

The connectivity is the main selling point. The sv road link and western express highway makes it an attractive investment option. some parts of the area need redevelopment with modern amenities and proper road infrastructure
