I’ve owned property in Islampur for 8 years. The steady rental demand and peaceful environment make it a rewarding investment. Proximity to local markets and schools keeps tenant interest strong.

Bought a 2BHK here in 2022. Prices are still affordable, and development is gradually picking up. I’m betting on long-term growth once better civic infrastructure is implemented.

Dropped by Islampur for a weekend event. The area felt lively with small eateries, mosques, and buzzing street life. Great for local exploration but not very polished.

Living in Islampur for two years, I enjoy the local vibe. Rent is affordable, and the neighbors are friendly. Water supply is regular, and power cuts are rare.

I appreciate how budget-friendly Islampur is. My rent is manageable, and I can still access major areas via the different means of public transport. Good locality

I own a 1BHK unit here. While it gets rented quickly, the tenant profile is limited due to the lack of premium infrastructure around.

It is closer to all kinds of amenities and places to explore in here it is simple and neat to explore here. Also, it is easy to find tenants in this area with great connectivity to other areas.

Islampur is a residential area with easy road access. Visitors can find local shops and eateries nearby, but the area does not have major attractions for sightseeing.
