Living in Irla has been super convenient for me. My office is in Andheri, and it hardly takes 15–20 mins. Lots of cafes, juice shops, even Irla market is just walking distance. Rent is a bit high, but worth it for the vibe.

We chose Irla mainly because it’s close to my son’s school in Vile Parle. Lots of options for food, shopping, and even temples nearby. Street gets a little crowded in the evenings, but feels lively. Roads are well maintained.

Irla has been our home for over two decades. It has changed a lot, earlier it was quieter, now more crowded, but still manageable. The best thing is, banks, schools, shops and other necessary facilities are within walking range . And people here look out for each other. Rare to find this kind of neighbourhood now.

I’ve been staying on rent in Irla for two years now. Flat’s a bit compact but location makes up for it. Good access to Juhu beach, metro isn’t far, and eateries are everywhere. Sunday crowd can be too much, but otherwise peaceful. Best for bachelors or couples working in western suburbs.

Purchased a flat in Irla thinking of future resale. Area has solid infrastructure — wide roads, shopping centres, educational institutes nearby. Rent market is strong. Bit congested.
