The area is still developing but I like the peaceful vibe in the evening. It's close to some IT parks but metro connectivity is not good as the closest metro is 25 kms away

I rented a 1 BHK here due to affordability but it's a bit far from public transport like railway stations and metros. The area is clean and streets are well-lit, and I also like the street food options here.

I own a property here from the past 7 years, and due to lack of good connectivity, rental demand is not that great. I don't find tenants easily here. Frequent power outrages also disrupt the functionality of the area

The area is close to NH48 which gives good road connectivity, but if you travel by metro, it may be difficult to commute easily. The area is also not very safe to live alone.

Living in IMT manesar can be super convenient. rents are lower and if your office is nearby, its also quick to travel. The area feels safe

IMT Manesar is a growing area and very well known actually in Gurgaon for its corporate companies. Theres good hospitals and cafes nearby. But the traffic is really annoying especially on the western peripheral. Also the road condtions are bad which really disrupts to daily commute

Societies here are peaceful but there's hardly any malls, cafes or entertainment spots here to chill around.

It's not a premium residential area yet. infrastructure is slowly developing but what I like is the closeness to my office and less chaos in inner colonies

IMT Manesar is not a competitive market and scope for growth is good for long term investment purpose but public transport is poor and since theres no metro the value appreciation is less
