I bought property on Hosur Road because it’s near Electronic City and has great connectivity to the city. It’s a prime area for long-term appreciation.
I’ve lived along Hosur Road for over 12 years. The area has seen a lot of development over time, with shopping malls, offices, and schools popping up. Traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours.
Hosur Road has a lot of new construction. I bought a flat here because I feel the area will see good growth in the next few years. The neighbourhood is decent, and there are schools, hospitals, and restaurants within a short distance.
Hosur Road offers everything you need, from restaurants to schools and hospitals. It’s close to Koramangala and Electronic City, so commuting is easy for work. The downside is the constant construction happening along the road.
I recently moved to Hosur Road, and I’m liking it so far. It’s well-connected, with easy access to Outer Ring Road and MG Road. The local amenities are great, but road maintenance could be improved.
I love staying on Hosur Road area because it’s near the city and the IT hubs. The bus service is decent, but the traffic congestion, especially during the evenings, can be exhausting. It takes longer to reach places.
