The area has a vibrant surrounding. parks, lakes , cafes all around., Its popular among college students. Having a house here is also convenient as a family because you're then close to business hubs, hospitals and schools. But there are many inside lanes that struggles with poor drainage and power cut issues

Hendre Pada is great area. Its close to Thane main city and many colleges and hospitals. I also feel the rent is fairly reasonable here
