The area’s a bit rough around the edges, but not unsafe. Lots of small businesses and auto garages. Not much for leisure or cafés.

Been renting a 1BHK here. Budget-friendly, close to work. But roads are rough, and garbage collection isn’t regular. Good if you’re okay with basics.

Affordable rent and decent space. Gets crowded during peak hours. Water and electricity are mostly stable. You’ll need a bike for daily commute.

Rental demand is steady. Mostly workers and small families. Area isn’t posh, but it’s functional. Issues like noise and dust are part of the deal.

Rooms are spacious for the price. Sound of trucks at night can get annoying. Okay for bachelors or budget tenants.

I moved to Hegganahalli six months back because my company shifted to Peenya. The area is more industrial than residential, but rent is quite affordable. Roads are decent but get dusty in summer. It’s mostly a working-class area.

I invested in Hegganahalli in 2017, buying a small site. Prices were low, and I saw potential because of nearby industries. Rental demand is consistent, mostly from factory workers and small families.

We’ve been staying in Hegganahalli for over 10 years. Area has changed a lot, more houses, more shops now. Roads are better in some parts, though waterlogging happens during rains. But people here are nice and helpful.

Been staying in a 1BHK here for over a year now. I work in a warehouse nearby, so the location is very convenient. Buses are available and metro is around 15–20 minutes away. The area is not very modern, but it’s functional.

Bought a commercial unit in Hegganahalli. Foot traffic is decent due to nearby factories and bus stops. This area is mostly working population, so returns are modest but stable. If BBMP improves drainage and roads, this zone can get better valuation. For now, it's a solid option for long-term hold.
