The metro makes commuting easy. and it can get a bit congested in the smaller lanes. But evrything here is nearby, which I like very much.

I like how this area maintains its cultural heritage while staying well connected. Property values are rising slowly but steadily.

The lake and temples make it peaceful, while cafes and metro access keep it lively. The roads get crowded during rush hours, but everything you need is close by.

It’s one of those places where you can count on steady appreciation and good tenants. The only issue is parking and there is very less space.

There are plenty of eateries and small stores around. The only downside is limited parking, especially near the main market.
