I moved to Guduvancheri for its affordability. The locality is calm and has decent connectivity, though the roads can get messy during monsoon.

I visted it a few weeks back as my relatives live there. It is perfect for families wanting peaceful surroundings as there are open spaces. But honestly, waste disposal isn’t always timely.

The area is transforming fast. Lots of new shops, schools, and roads are coming up but traffic near the railway crossing is still a daily headache.

I find Guduvancheri suitable for long-term investment as it has good and cosistent water supply, which is rare. The proerty apprecatiation rate is quite good as well.

I bought a plot here last year. The price has appreciated already. However, the area gets really hot with not enough trees or shaded public spaces.

The locality is growing fast, with new apartments popping up often. Prices are still affordable, but there's a shortage of hospitals nearby which can be worrying.

Guduvancheri is a nice area but a bit backward. It is surrounded by lakes but so far from transport links. There's limited amenities like cafes or dining options here

It is a good area to live in. Rent is very reasonable. Location is safe to live alone. There are temples and small shopping centres nearby.

I have a house in Meenakshi Nagar within Guduvancheri. It's a well known area and many families live here. There are small clinics and a general hospital nearby but anything high end is a bit far. The area is just off the GST road so there's always noise and congestion

Guduvancheri is well known but lacks many modern amenities. Apartments are mostly old. I live near the Govindharajpuram Park and run a maths tution class nearby. It's a peaceful area but roads can be better

Inner streets are very peaceful. There are apartments at low rent too. Cost of living is less here.
