It's a very old area in Pune. Been here for the past 15 years, and while I love the familiarity of it, the roads are narrow and there’s too much noise from nearby shops. It also needs better waste management.

It's close to my hospital posting at Ruby Hall. Every essential thing like supermarkets, medical shops, and eateries are close by. But weekends are very noisy and it disturbs me while studying for my NEET PG.
I bought a property here in 2018. Although the rental demand is steady, it's hard to pick up families because buildings are old here road maintainence is poor. Resale value is also hampered because of poor drainage and lack of modern amenities
