I have been staying here for a few years and I love how close this area is to various essentail amenities.

I bought a flat here a few years back. The water supply and power in the area is stable but waste management needs to be better.

Its a good option for long-term investments. Though the development pace is slow but its consistent. Metro connectivity is still not that good but bus service is quite good.

Rent in the area is affordable but finding auto during office hours is a big issue and they are expensive as well.

I visited a friend here and found it peaceful and clean. There are a few good places to eat around the area .

NR Colony is part of the older Basavanagudi area and is a calm, well-established residential zone with easy access to schools, markets, Metro, and buses.

It’s close to Basavanagudi’s attractions like Gandhi Bazaar and the Bull Temple, and feels more residential and relaxed than busy commercial areas.
