I have very reliable tenants here and they have been staying with us for 3 years now and I don't think they plan to leave anytime soon. Rent is alos good here.

Gaur City 1 is a long-term investment zone. The amenities, maintenance, and greenery make it appealing to both tenants and buyers. Appreciation may be slow, but it’s reliable and risk-free.

Investing here feels safe because it’s a complete township with schools, malls, and parks. I have bought two apartments and one of them I have already rented out.

There are no metro stations with 5 km radius and so its a problem while travelling but if you have vehicle then there are no worries and issues. Rent is not that high here.

I enjoy living here because it’s green, safe, and organized and here’s plenty of space for my kids to play around.
