Connectivity is improving with the metro, but some inner roads still need better maintenance.

Property appreciation rate is high here assuring good return on investment

I have been living in Electronic City for more than 6 years now and it's great. The locality has good roads, metro access, and everything nearby.

I love the greenery and peaceful vibe, but traffic during peak hours can get frustrating at times.

Several types of properties available for investment

I did not find this locality good. Street lights are not there in narrow lanes

Good locality with promising ROI

Infrastructure improvements like the metro and new roads are boosting property value. It’s not a luxury market yet, but the returns are steady and safe.

My flats rarely stay vacant because of the strong IT crowd nearby and tenants usually stay for longer period of time.

There is both residential spaces and active commercial zones and the air feels so much better than area such as Kormangala, Sarjapura, etc. I love it here as my office is nearby.

Compared to other bangalore areas, the rent is very less here but the roads are narrow and everday there is traffic jams near Neeladrinagar area.

This area’s growth has been impressive with better connectivity, schools, and apartments. It may not be very posh, but it’s practical and well-balanced.
