I had stayed here for the weekend and totally loved it as the area is quiet and has a coastal vibe. No traffic noise! But you need to plan in advance for food or essentials.

Great for people working near OMR. The area is calm and modern, but you do need a bike or car for daily errands.

Peaceful locality with good rental potential because of nearby tech parks. The area is still developing, but it has strong future promise.

Its very quiet here, but buses aren’t that frequent here. It is good for people who want distance from the city crowd. but you will need a vehicle of your own.

Don't know much about the area but while going through I found it to be cleaner than a lot of areas in Chennai.

Vacancies are rare, and the neighbourhood is well maintained. The lack of local markets is the only frequent tenant concern.

This locality suits investors who prefer modern residential zones. Demand is steady, and the surroundings continue to improve as development spreads further.
