I moved here last year. The bus connectivity is great, and there's a hospital and ATM within walking distance, but the late-night traffic on the main road can get noisy and frustrating.

Everything is great but nighttime safety near isolated roads can feel slightly uneasy until more street lights and footpaths are added which I hope is done soon. Otherwise, good place for families.

The area is slowly growing. It has a semi-urban feel and the roads are good. Connectivity can be better through metro line. But it has potential for appreciation considering the rental demand

It's peaceful. The environment feels greener and quieter. I just wish there were more grocery stores. It's limited to just one or two around the corner so you will have to walk all the way to the main road or order online.

The local grocery scene is weak. Most of the time I end up going to Madhavaram or Red Hills just to get basic branded items. Also the drainage and garbage disposal aren't always consistent, especially in the inner streets.

Edayanchavadi actually works well for me. Travel time is less compared to staying inside the city. The area is still developing, but basic shops and small eateries are available. It feels less crowded,

The area feels a bit isolated if you are used to city life. There are limited options for restaurants or hangouts, so weekends can get boring. Public transport is available but not very frequent.
