Renting since last six months. Public transport’s fine and roads have sidewalks, but I wish there were more streetlights in some lanes.

I stay for my job near JNPT, rent’s reasonable. Not much for evening outings or cafés

Property rates are affordable but the area has limited residential projects. Rental demand is decent as it has a family-friendly atmosphere. Roads are less congested and much quieter.

The area has good greenery and peaceful vibe. Basic amenities are accessible like local markets, clinics, gyms, etc.

It's a safe area but if you're commuting regularly and don't have your own vehicle, it may be tough to live in. There's no metro and buses usually don't run frequently. Autos charge a lot. The area is peaceful though and good for short term stays.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

No proper parking management on the streets here, leading to daily fights among neighbors. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability. TBH

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright. sorted.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily.

Decent area to stay if your office or college is nearby. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle. NGL

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Mogappair East Mogappair are kept tidy. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work. TBH

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. Also, evening traffic builds up heavily near the main sector entry point....

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay. TBH

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Sv Road Goregaon are kept tidy. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle. TBH

Too much dust from open plots and broken road patches makes riding a bike here a pain. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers. truly annoying.
