Dilsukhnagar metro station is right here so reaching my Hitec City office is super easyy. Rents around 12k for a neat 1 bhk...traffic near Konark theatre signal is a total L

lots of parks and lakes around so the area is pretty peaceful..but traffic is horrible sometimes.plus rent is going up faster

Main road near Sai Baba temple signal is permanently jam packed. Crossing the road with small kids feels scary AF. On the bright side, top coaching centers and hospitals are walking distance, so overall it’s manageable.

Metro legit saves my life here... reaching office is fast and easy. Fast food and tiffins around Rajiv Swagruha area are greatt. But dust and noise on the main road give major ick during peak hours.

Shopping at Gaddiannaram market has everything super cheap...grocery run takes 5 mins. Main issue is water supply timing... comes only for 2 hours in the morning. Fill tanks fast or you’re cooked.

Walking on footpaths along the main road is impossible, taken over by clothing stalls and hawkers. Zero aura. Gotta walk on the main road with autos zipping past. Only good thing is chemists deliver right to the door.

Pulling up here for dress shopping near Kamla Nagar market is always a vibe! Street food and biryani spots are top tier. Finding parking for my car gives me crazy anxiety though... streets are fully choked 24/7.

Rental demand from coaching students and IT folks is always sky high. Steady returns IMO. But monsoon waterlogging near low-lying spots along the main road is a massive red flag. Maintenance in narrow lanes is tough.

Staying in a hostel near Chaitanyapuri border for 6k with food, life is sorted! Coaching institutes, xerox shops, and 50 rupee tiffins right downstairs. Highkey noisy with honking, but for student life it FR slaps.

Daily footfall near my shop is crazy high because of the coaching crowd, sales stay solid! But delivery autos getting stuck in jams near Venkatadri theatre junction delays stock daily. Logistics here are cooked FR.
