Dhorka is quite convenient for me. Rent is affordable. Roads are okay, a few broken patches here and there, but no major issues. The area is quiet and has decent grocery options. Not many cafes or hangout spots yet.

It’s one of those places that looks basic now, but the location is promising. I feel property prices will rise. Already seeing new constructions and builder activity. Good for long-term hold.

We’ve been living in Dhorka for almost a decade. It’s grown a lot since we moved. New buildings are coming up, and transport options are improving slowly. The air quality is better than central Gurgaon. There are temples, small parks, and a good sense of community. Great for families who prefer peace.

Dhorka is still developing, so don’t expect too much. The area has easy access to highway. But there are issues like poor street lighting and limited public transport. It is better if you have a scooty or car for daily commute.
