I own a 3 BHK in Dhanori since 2021 and it rents out quickly to IT professionals. Rental income has risen steadily each year due to connectivity and proximity to employment hubs. Maintenance charges are low too.

I came for a short stay with my family for a wedding here. Grocery stores are nearby and so are the malls. Auto and taxi services were prompt too. Only minor issue was the narrow footpaths in some areas.

I live in a rented aparment and the area’s proximity to Kharadi office hub is great for my work. I reach meetings in under fifteen minutes. Cafess and bakeries offer quick snacks which I love. Gym membership is pocket-friendly and close by too. Society staff are helpful and polite. Streetlights work through the night and the area feels safe walking alone. Rent has gone up but still reasonable here.

Kalyan Vihar feels very green and pleasant. AQI isnt great but still better than most Delhi. the parks here are well maintained. lot of trees around too. Some inner blocks get jammed due to traffic and crowd though

Very college student vibe here. being a delhi university student, the area does feel lively. Lots of PGs and flats here. Metro access is there via Model town. its not super posh though but livable

धानोरी रोडवर ऑर्चिड हॉस्पिटल जवळ असल्याने मोठी सोय आहे. मात्र, हा रस्ता खूपच अरुंद असून अवजड वाहनांची सतत वाहतूक असते. यामुळे ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांना रस्ता ओलांडणे किंवा चालणे अत्यंत धोकादायक वाटते. प्रदूषणाचा आणि धुळीचा त्रास जास्त असून फिरण्यासाठी पुरेशी मोकळी उद्याने नाहीत.
