Dhankot Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Bought a 2BHK recently. Not ideal for short-term returns, but I’m looking at appreciation over 8–10 years. Environment is calm, and land rates are still affordable.
We bought a house in Dhankot in 2018. Back then it felt far from the city, but now with all the nearby development, it’s becoming more connected. Society is quiet, mostly families. There's a small park where kids play in the evenings.
I shifted here mainly for affordability. Rents are much better. It's a developing area - basic groceries and medical shops are available close by. For bigger needs, I go to Sector 10 or Palam Vihar.
I invested in a flat here as a long-term plan. It's not posh yet, but prices are very reasonable. Rental demand is low now, but I see potential in the next 4–5 years. It's peaceful, and some good builders have entered the market.
I built a small building and rent out 1BHKs to bachelors and small families. Demand is steady, mostly from people working in Manesar or Sector 10. Rent is not very high. It’s a peaceful location and relatively safer
Was visiting a friend for lunch. Her society was neat and had good security. The area still feels developing, not like main Gurgaon. I liked the open space and fresh air. But there’s not much around for shopping or hanging out.
Been living here for around a year now. The rent is low compared to central Gurgaon, which is a big plus. My office in Sector 32 is around 30 minutes away by bike. Roads in the inner lanes could be better, but it’s peaceful and less crowded.
