I recently bought a 1 BHK here. investment prospects look good since new electric-bus pilot services are planned for last-mile routes.

I rent a 2 BHK here and find it much more cost effective than other key areas like Panchsheel Park. Bus services are reliable, and metro connectivity also makes commuting easier. Local autos charge a lot sometimes.

Renting a 1 BHK here, and I enjoy the local market proximity here. My landlord is pretty nice and ensures prompt repairs. It's a residential lane, and evening walks are usually peaceful but monsoon can invite waterlogging in some parts.

I visited my friend here last year during Diwali. The streets looked so vibrant and lighted. However, I remember struggling to get a parking space, as it was too congested and lanes were narrow. Otherwise, it's a clean residential neighborhood with essential social amenities nearby.

I’ve lived here for six years, and the internal roads are narrow but manageable. Metro access via Panchsheel Park makes commuting easy, though the walk can be hot in summer.
