Been staying here for over a year. My society is well-maintained, and people are helpful. All essential things are close - vegetable markets, doctors, schools. Not great if you want a flashy lifestyle.

I have lived in Dahanukar Colony for over 15 years. It is a peaceful and cultured area. The area is getting a bit crowded now. Parking is a real issue though, especially on weekends.

I am in sales and often travel around Pune. This area gives me easy access to main roads. It’s not very crowded, so movement is easy. But not many trendy food spots or lounges here.

Dahanukar Colony is old and well-known. There are good schools, banks, parks, and temples - all nearby. But traffic from Karve Road creates noise. Now, too many flats are being built.

I stay here with my family and have kids. Schools and tuition classes are just walking distance. The area feels safe and clean. There's also a hospital nearby. Only problem is parking during evening hours.

It’s a very good society with lush greenery around. One of the most sought after neighbourhoods in Pune with civilised residents and multiple options across restaurants, parks, shopping and necessary amenities like hospitals and schools. Roads have lately been an issue but there’s work going on.

It has a green environment. Markets, cafes and clinics are nearby. Its a calm area but dont expect any nightlife here

Buildings are old here but well maintained. Parking is a problem here due to narrow roads.

Dahanukar Colony is peaceful and safe. community vibe is strong here. but there arent many luxury housing here. High rise development is limited too

Public transport is good here. theres metro within 3 km. bus stops are there too. autos are also easy to find.

Since the area has mostly older building stocks, premium appreciation is limited. But the area is close to kothrud so thats a huge benefit for many buyers
