Dadar West Reviews and Ratings (10 Reviews)
Dadar West remains a strong investment choice. Despite a slight decline in property prices over the past three years, the demand is still active. Its central location, excellent connectivity, and proximity to commercial hubs has led to consistent demand. Upcoming infrastructure projects are expected to further boost property values
I have a property in Dadar West and it's definitely a great locality to live in. The rental demand is good which helps me generate good income through tenants every year. I like how it's close to many parks and historical sites
I visited the Dadar flower market once as i had heard great things about it. The locality is peaceful in the morning but soon gets crowded and very congested by 9 am. Anyway, it's a well-developed area.
I recently moved here to a 1 BHK and i like how accessible it is to essential needs. The rent is expensive here but considering all the facilities and infrastructure, I think it's justified. Metro station is very close by and my commute to work has also been easier.
Dadar west is absolutely a great are to live in. One of the safest and most convenient parts of Mumbai. The reason? it is walkable, green, people are nice and friendly, all amenities are easily accessible. what else is needed.
The area gives the typical Bombay vibes. There are so many old eateries, vada pao stalls, parks, temples, malls.
Dadar West is a posh area. It has mix of residentiala nd commercial spaces. But the apartments are cramped and too expensive for the space. If you are used to big gated complexes and spacious flats, this may feel disappointing
We love the lifestyle here. The shivaji park is the highlight. there are beaches, local markets nearby. The price you pay is definitely a lot but worth it
Dadar West has steep prices but worth it. I see it as a steady investment place. great for end users and those looking for long term growth. Only challenge is the high ticket size
Living in Dadar West has been a pleasant experience. The area is well-connected with Dadar Railway Station nearby, which makes commuting easy. There are plenty of markets, schools, and hospitals within walking distance. Shivaji Park is a great place for relaxation. However, the locality can get crowded during festivals, and the streets may become congested.
