I visited my aunt who have been living there. I liked the area as the people are very forthcoming. The only issue is the air poullution which is destroying the whole city.

My father bought our house here back in the 90's and i have grown up here only. The area has developed a lot since then but becuase of the air pollution we are planning to move out.

The area attracts tenants who want comfort and central access. Short term gains are limited, but holding long term feels secure.

Sitting on the balcony in the evenings feels relaxing. Noise from surrounding roads can disturb sleep on busy nights.
