Weekdays can get a bit hectic around Kirti Nagar side, but inside Block D it feels manageable. I usually take the metro from Rajouri Garden Metro Station, and connectivity is decent. Rent is not too high compared to nearby areas.

Block D has improved gradually. Roads are better than before, and connectivity has always been a plus. Nearby places like Pusa Hill Forest give some breathing space.

I didn’t expect this area to be so convenient for daily needs. From local markets to clinics, everything is within reach. Kalra Hospital is also close by, which is reassuring. Roads are okay, but some internal lanes need improvement.

Block D has steady demand because of its location near Kirti Nagar and Rajouri Garden. Metro access via Ramesh Nagar Metro Station adds to its value. Rental demand is consistent, especially from working professionals.

We bought a house here years ago. Sometimes traffic is an issue, but overall living experience has been comfortable.
