I shifted to Bhugaon six months back to escape the usual city chaos. Commute to Hinjewadi takes around 40 minutes, but it's manageable. The area is relaxed. Fewer shops around, but Swiggy works fine.

I was looking for a peaceful, long-term investment near Pune, and Bhugaon seemed right. Still has open land, which is rare these days. It’s not a flashy area but has decent rental potential, especially for nature lovers and remote workers.

What I love most about Bhugaon is the greenery. It feels like you're near nature but still not too far from Pune city. It's peaceful, and traffic is much less. The downside is you need a two-wheeler or car for daily necessities as very few things within walking distance.

We’ve been staying in Bhugaon since our kids were toddlers. It’s quiet, safe, and the air quality is good. Not much noise or pollution. Roads have improved over the years, though street lights could be better in some areas.

I bought a flat in Bhugaon before the pandemic and now rent it out. Families with small kids or people working remotely seem to prefer it. It’s away from the noise, and rent demand is steady. Only issue is limited shopping options close by.

Invested in Bhugaon for retirement planning. I feel this place will grow slowly but steadily. It's surrounded by greenery, which is rare now. Not ideal for short-term flip, but good for those looking for stable long-term holding.
