The area has a heritage charm, but not much redevelopment yet. Property prices aren’t skyrocketing but haven’t fallen either.

It has an interesting mix of tradition and city buzz. It also has good local food and old-style shopping but on’t expect wide roads or fancy cafes.

I stay in a chawl-style building here, it's old-school but vibran but noise from the street never seems to stop.

I’ve been renting in Bhoiwada for 3 years. Areas like Dadar and Parel can be accessed easily but the roads are narrow, and parking is tough.

Been holding a flat here for a decade. Price hasn’t doubled but rental income is good.

Autos overcharge like crazy during office hours, asking 60 rupees for very short distances. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out.

Getting shared autos or e-rickshaws around here takes just 5 minutes. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly., manage somehow.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in Vanasthalipuram and civic trucks don't clear it daily. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

This pocket of Kompally has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

Shops for all daily essentials are within walking distance inside Hennur. Public transport options like buses and shared vehicles are always available near the main circle.

The streetlights on the main roads of Santacruz West Santacruz work perfectly fine at night. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work.

No proper parking management on the streets here, leading to daily fights among neighbors. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out.

The streets around Sector 43 feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

Autos overcharge like crazy during office hours, asking 60 rupees for very short distances. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers.
