Living here has been good except a few things. The area is close to Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, which gives good connectivity. However, water quality is a concern and TDS levels are high, so we rely on tankers mostly.

It's a nice locality and close to Marathahalli where I work. Prestige tech park is close by and commuting is not very difficult if you leave early. Traffic can be a huge headache at times. All basic amenities are available.

The area is good but air pollution has increased in recent years due to all construction activities and industrial zones. However, IT proximity helps and there are good number of cafes and restaurents nearby, so it's usually vibrant

Went to meet my friend who works in Prestige Tech Park, and the area felt very crowded and dull. It's bustling with commercial zones and lots of food joints and markets, which can make it too congested. Anyway, what I liked was it is surrounded by all cute cafes and daily essentials, which can be helpful for those residing here.

Been renting here for more than 2 years and I love the convenience of it all. Markets, malls, cafes are all close to my apartment. My office is 3 km away and I have my scooty so commuting is easier. Public transport is also available but not very reliable sometimes.

Investing here feels safe rather than exciting. The IT presence keeps housing demand strong throughout the year.

This locality feels practical rather than peaceful. Traffic and crowding are part of daily life. Still, being close to work saves a lot of time and energy.
