I’ve been renting here for 8 months. Good locality with beaches nearby. Only issueis that auto rickshaws overcharge sometimes. Otherwise, great vibe, friendly neighbours, and lots of food joints around.
The area has a nice blend of residential calm and city access. My apartment has sea breeze all day! Train crowds can be tough, though. Would be great if there were more co-working cafes.
We’ve owned our flat here for over a decade. The area has matured beautifully with parks, hospitals, everything within reach. Only concern is traffic near the station during peak hours.
The area is very convenient as its close to groceries, decent schools, and decent public transport. Slightly crowded near the station, but our lane stays peaceful. Rent is fairly affordable.
The local community is welcoming, and development is slowly catching up. I wish public cleanliness was taken more seriously, especially after monsoons.
