I love living here, as it's near to Uttan Beach. Weekends are for water sports and sunset walks. Metro station is just a few minutes away. Grocery stores and a clinic are within five minutes’ drive too. Society feels safe with night patrols.

We visited Ghodbunder Fort for my history vlog. Old ramparts and gates gave me great footage, and local guide shared Portuguese-Maratha tales. The streets were well-lit but seemed a little too congested.

It's a quiet residential area and every essential thing is nearby. There are schools, hospitals, small clinics, and grocery shops within walking distance. But auto fares are generally high here. You can commute to work or any other place by bus and metro.

My family and I have been living in this area for 5 years now. We have a 2 BHK property here, and I love the quiet surrounding. It's a bit far from the main city and noise, which feels peaceful. But some lanes need better lighting during nights.

I have rented out my 2 BHK apartment to a family, and as a retiree, it gets me good rental income. The demand is always high here, so it's convenient for me. The area is safe, close to public transport, and daily essentials.
