Belathur Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Bought a property here in 2023, the appreciation is steady and consistent. Demand keeps increasing due to IT parks and metro access. The proximity to Whitefield is major reason for this area to be developing. Property prices are also decent.
It's a comfortable area to live in. Rent is affordable and it's also close to my workplace in Whitefield so commuting doesn't take much time. Metro is accessible too.
Attended a function here. The locality seemed peaceful and developing. But reaching here took much longer than expected. Roads are not well-maintained.
Been a resident here since 2020. I like the accessibility to metro and other social infrastructure. Several new apartments and buildings are developed now. But roads need to be wider as overpopulation has led to congestion.
The traffic on whitefield hoskote and belathur main road is crazy honestly. even with two wheelers its difficult to get through in the mornings. but Belathur as an area has good affordable to premium housing. there is godrej and sapthagiri here. despite the crowd, I love it here
Belathur is popular because of the connectivity and infrastructure. its not too premium but very close to whitefield and kadugodi metro. malls and cafes are around and also many IT parks and companies. so the demand is good. but I have noticed limited relaxing spots. iLifestyle feels very rushed. no good parks or lakes in the area
Peaceful locality with less congestion that most areas in Bangalore. I love having my home here. It's not primarily a posh area but close to some key areas like Whitefield which helps in accessing IT parks and other social amenities.
