Banu Nagar feels safe even during late hours. Supermarkets and clinics are close. Roads are okay, not too narrow. No fancy cafes around, but decent South Indian restaurants are there.

Rental interest is decent due to nearby industrial hubs. Not a posh area, but infrastructure is stable. Worth holding for a long-term.

I liked that buses and share autos are frequent in Banu Nagar. Streets are decent, though traffic gets noisy during peak hours. Rents are manageable for a 2BHK. Some good street side tiffin places nearby too.

Temples, schools, and parks all within walkable distance. Roads have improved. Area is clean, garbage collection is regular.
