Ashoka Enclave is a well-developed locality with steady rental demand. I bought a builder floor 4 years ago and it’s always been occupied. Good metro access adds to the appeal. Schools and clinics are nearby, and the roads are fairly well-maintained. Growth is slow but consistent.

We bought our flat in Ashoka Enclave back in 2017. The neighbourhood has grown a lot since then. It now has better roads, more grocery stores, and even a good hospital nearby. Society is calm, with no major disturbances. The colony committee also organises small events, which add to the community feel.

Living here for almost a year now. The colony is peaceful and feels pretty safe even at night. I work in Gurgaon, so having the metro station nearby is a big relief. Lots of local grocery shops, and there’s a good tiffin service I use regularly.

I live on the ground floor and rent out the upper portion. Area is in demand because of the metro and nearby schools. Rent is steady and people usually stay long-term. The market is within walking distance and street lights are well maintained.

I shifted to Ashoka Enclave for better affordability. Roads are fairly clean, and the area doesn’t feel too crowded. There's one gym and a few nice food stalls nearby. Metro access is good, so reaching office in Nehru Place isn’t hard.
